Unlawful recovery of interest on ECS mandate

Sub: LIC failed & neglected to raise ECS for premium of Aug. 2010. Please refund of Rs. 137.70 immediately.

My premium is being paid since many years. Inspite of ECS payment system, LIC Branch 893 failed to do so for the premium of August. As a result my premium was shown as unpaid. I realised this LIC mistake through my Agent. Hence, I paid the premium amount byt cash. An amount of Rs. 137.70 was recovered from me, inaddition as interest as LIC failed to raise ECS. This was a neglignece of LIC, though I was made to pay Rs. 137.70. On 16/11/10 and 9/12/10, I sent E-mail to crm-mumbai_do-3@licindia.com.

CRM failed, neglected and avoided to pay any attention to my e-mail. He kept silence. I, therefore, request you to please take immediate actions for failure of ECS raising by LIC and not replying my ECS. Kindly arrange to refund me an amount of Rs. 137.70 being interest recovered from me unlawfully though the preium is being paid by ECS.

Please take immediate action for the gross negligence of BM, CM and others.

Please reply as soon as possible.
