I have remitted a Cheque for Rs.25, 000/- in ICICI Bank, NBBC Place, Bishma Pitamaha Marg, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-3 towards my Life Time Gold Policy No.07383326 (due date : 19th January - Yearly premium) standing in my name (R.Radha). Please provide me the receipt and also the updated statement of my accout in respect of my said policy.
