No Delivery after Transfer of Shares

We have sent certain shares of KEC (folio vide TM23006&658) to LinkInTime (mumbai) for transfer in Feb'2010.

After repeated reminders I get a response in May'2010 that these have been transferred and dispatched to us on 03 Mar'2010. Till Date I have not received these and LinkInTime is not responding any further on the status about where they are and how (from where) can we get those?

I request a serious intervention of the responsible authority to act on this.
