Dear Sir,

I have submitted my Coal India IPO Application No. 37827747 for 100 Shares along with my Cheque No. 047463 dated 20.10.2010 of ICICI Bank Ltd., Chandigarh for Rs. 24500/- favouring ESCROW A/c Coal India Ltd.

The cheque was debited to my account on 25.10.2010. but I have not received any info. regarding allotment and/ or refund of balance amount.

Application Status checked at linkintime.in site shows Shares Applied 100, Allotted Nil Amount Adjusted Nil.

I do not understand that why the shares are not allotted and/or the balance amount refunded.

Even in case of no allotment, what happened to my money that is not refunded till today.
