In connection with above, the undersigned applied for 750 shares against IPO of Punjab and Sind Bank. However my application was not successful in getting allotment of shares. My Particulars are given below:-

It is therefore requested to take necessary action to send back the refund order as early as possible, either through ECS clearance or Postal.
