Mis-use of Credit card numbe

Dear Sir,

Complaint No 1-

I have booked one DVD player with free 2 night 3 day hotel coupon on phone received on my mobile no 9300832166 from interface 01203009300 of Living media India Limited on 21-11 at 7.25 pm through credit card number 4346772002179736 and SMS received for the transaction of Rs 3498 from my credit card but still the booked item has not came to my place. The person handling me on phone asked me my credit card number and 4 digit backside number.

Complaint No. 2-

The same person mis-used my credit card number to book 2 items; one from Living Media India Limited of Rs. 9498 on 26-12 and second from Naaptol Online shopping Navi-Mumbai of Rs. 5199 on 25-12 and had not got any SMS for deduction i.e. he used some other mobile number to book these items.

This mis-use can only do that person who was handling me on my mobile 9300832166 from interface 01203009300 on 27-12 at 7.25 pm.

So, please look into the matter and catch that bloody person (working on that interface on that date and time) who had mis-used my Card & arrange to return the mis-used money to HDFC bank on same credit card.

Other wise I will go to the consumer court to resolve this Robbery.
