My docket no. 6327626 on 14.9.10 at 6.58 pm about unsubscribe the service of hamsakal sms by 540005010 who bethout subscription Rs. 10 was deducted as renewed the service . but on 25.9.10 at 10-41-25 pm again deducted Rs. 10 as renewed and send sms to unsubscribe send " STOPHM" THAT IS SEND BY ME but sending failed as earliar. It is a sorryfull and cheating by service provider to bsnl customers . is it enforced to unsubscribe the same! is liability fixed by bsnl upon service provider 540005010 . my mobile no. 9454057695
