Refunable money with interest of 10 years

Sir,

I Mrs. Bernadita D'Silva would like to inform you that my FD Receipt No 9698004483, of Rs 17000/-MAJ 19635. Second FD receipt no 9698004482, of Rs 16000/- MAJ 18480. And the third FD Receipt no 9698004484, of Rs 17000/- MAJ 19635. All three are Money multiplier; all three were deposited in the year 06th January. Till now I have not received any thing and when i want to withdraw I can't even withdraw it. What is this all about out I cant understand it.. I want my money with interest of 10 years back anyhow.
