No communication since the issue of shares certificates

Dear Sir,

This is one of the company I had invested in the year 1993, in beginning this company was responding and giving dividends but unfartunatly what happen to this company the company knows well for more than 15 years there is no communications at all I am worried and decided to get back my money 100 shares each 65 ruppees and plus 50 shares extra given by the company, please let know how get back my money
