Non-Receipt of FDR Principal Amount

Hi,

I had taken 2 FDs with Lloyds Finance, each for Rs. 10, 000/- on 17-05-1997 for 24Months 1 Day maturing on 15/05/1999. The FDR Nos. are C/0497007583/1 and C/0497007584/1. We were paid Rs 6000 on 01-05 and are yet to receive the remaining Principal amount. Please let me know when I can get the same.

Also, let me know how do I go about it.
