Non-receipt of deposit of Rs 50000

Ourselves, Shraddha and Ashok Agarwal had deposited Rs, 50, 000 vide FDR No. 0697004538 dt December 26, 1996 with Ms. Lloyds Finance Limited which was scheduled to mature on December 26, 1999. The FDR had been fowarded to the company following a communication received from them in April 1999 where-in it was mentioned that the deposit along-with interest would be paid as under (pursuant to order passed by the Company Law Board, Western Region Bench, Mumbai under the provisions of section 45QA (2) of the RBI Act, 1934):

Year 1 (1999) - 20% of the deposit plus interest

Year 2 - 35% of the deposit plus interest

Year 3 - 45% of the deposit plus interest.

We have not received any refunds nor any communication ever since. An application (together with requisite fee) to the Bench Officer, Company Law Board, Western Region and Eastern Region had also been made in May which has also remained unanswered. Please help.
