Not repay our payments

Dear concern,

i am Sugandh Kumar r/0 97-D East Moti Bagh Sarai Rohilla Delhi-110007.

Deposit receipt no. 0398002939/1

date of Deposit : 04/04/1998

as per the company law board, western region bench, by vertue of sec. 45qa (2) of reserve bank of india act.1934 had rescheduled the fixed deposit repayments vide its order dated 16/04/99 as follows:

slab: 5001 to 10000, year 1 = 60% year 2= 40%.

our year 2 payment is not met yet.

&we tried so many times to the company but result is same. they gave furthur date.

&there office regularly changed and no information to us.
