Non payment of the Principal amount as per the order dated 03.02.2005 passed by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court

Sir, I have invested a sum of total Rs.20, 000/- in two FDRs bearing No. C/0697057266/1 and C/0697057266/1 for Rs. 10, 000/- each on 19.05.1007. The amount was invested under money doubler scheme and both the said FDRs matured on 19.05.2001. As per the order of Hon'blke High Court of Bombay the principal amount upto a deposit of Rs.10, 000/- was to be paid in respect of the claims that have lodged before 30.06.2004. Howeer, till date the same is not paid to me.

My numerous communications are not responded by the Company for the reason not known to me. Legal option is very costly and time consuming. I therefore, need some body to take up my case with the company who defaulted to honor the order of the Hon'ble Court. Since, I am in dire need of money I plead your good self to intervene in the matter and help me in recovering the principal amount atleast and oblige.
