Non-receipt of aFD mount on maturity

Sir, my wife Mrs. Susheela Kumar deposited Rs. 12, 000/- on 12.7.1997 for 36 months. Amount of Rs. 19, 716/- was due on maturity on 12.5.2000.

Till date, no information despite depositing orginal FDR No. 0397029291/1 at their the then Delhi Office on 27.4.2001.

Querries from your Ahmedabad office revealed that payments are being made as per the procedure laid down by the Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai.
