Nonreceipt of FD Amount

I deposited Rs.5000/- as a fixed deposite with Lloyds Finance Ltd. vide FD Receipt No. V3548/1 having maturity date 6/6. I visited Co.'s Ahmedabad Office and deposited the FD receipt on 13/7 for which I was given receipt (acknowledgement) No.100. and was told that I will get the matured amount Rs.10536/- by DD. There after many time I contacted the Co. office either by phone or in person but so far I have not received the amount.

Will somebody help me?
