Non Receipt of matured FD

Dear Sir,

The complaint is regards of non-receipt of maturity amount of FD deposited with Lloyds Finance Ltd. The amount was matured in 2001. I know many complaints are filed in this corncern, but i would like to know the outcome of the same. It was actually managed by my father who being lack of knowledge could not approach further. I have the acknowledgement from the company for the original FD received by them. Kindly provide further steps for the same.
