I deposited a sum of Rs.5000/-(Five thousand only) on 13/11/1997 for 36 months with this Financial company in Money Multiplier (Multimoney Deposit) vide their receipt no.0697086299 maturing on 13/11 to Rs.8060/- in the joint name of Binode Kumar Sinha &Suman Lata Sinha. I deposited the certificate for payment on30/11 but till this date I have not received any cheque. I hadrecd. a printed letter dated 19th April, 1999 that "The Company Law Board, Western Region Bench, Mumbai has, persuant he prosec.45QA (2) of the RBI Act, 1934 passed an order that payments upto 5000/-slab shall be paid within three months from the date or maturity of the deposits." The printed letter was before the maturity period and after maturity date Ihave not recd any letter from them.
