Non-payment of Maturity Proceeds

We [Husband & Wife] invested in Lloyds Finance in their "Money Doubler" scheme as detailed below. To get maturity proceeds, we submitted the Savings Documents in the company's office at Kolkata - on 10th Apr-01 - with proper receipts. Though the Date of Maturity was 29th April till now we do not get any amount or any correspondence from this company.

The detail of Savings are:

(1) Deposit Receipt No. C/0697063392/1 in the name of Kanchan Manikya Sinha. Maturity amount is Rs. 14000/- due on 29 April.

(2) Deposit Receipt No. C/0697063395/1 in the name of Srabani Sinha. Maturity amount is Rs. 14000/- due on 29 April.

We also made complaints to "Registrar of companies, Maharashtra" and they advised [23 Apr-05] to approach the company in this matter. Accordingly, we sent our request to the registered office of Lloyds Finance Ltd [by registered post on 27 Apr-09]. Till now, we do not get any response from them.

We also made complaint to Reserve Bank of India [Dept. of non-Banking Supervision]

and got their reply letter [dated 28th Apr-05]. They assured that they took proper actions.

We hereby earnestly request to arrange for return of the maturity proceeds, as per the prevailing laws of our nation.
