Non receipt of original shares

Under FOLIO-398348, shares (certificate no 889303 and 889304) alloted under IPO were not received by us. Company does not able to confirm the delivery status. Even after number of request duplicate shares certificates are not issued and company want us to make a affidavit that they are lost at our end. It is a mistake of company or their registrar of issue. In such case under undertaking company should issue the duplicate certificates.
