Not honoring the payment of Fixed Deposit after maturity

Dear Sir,

With Greetings,

It is to inform you that a total amount of Rs 8, 400/- only had been received by September against a maturity value of Rs 16, 000/- interest thereof w.e.f. 11th June, 1999. Since I have not received any amount even after repeated requests to you Hence you are requested to kindly release the remaining amount of Rs 7, 400/- along with interest thereof immediately. It was a hard earned money and saved through a FD in your esteemed company. Further my husband had retired from Government service and we depend on my husband’s meager pension for our survival. Please send me the amount at the earliest. It is a personal request.
