Loan against Property
Encashed processing fee against disqualified LAP

Dear Sir,

In year I had applied for a LAP (loan against property) from your esteemed branch Push Vihar, New Delhi 110062, but to my surprise, the branch had disqualified the loan without any explanation and encashed the cheque of Rs. 1000/-. Despite several requests to refund the same and return back the documents, which I had submitted for availing the loan, I am yet receive the same even after two years.

Therefore, requesting you to kindly take necessary action on the same and get me refund the money for which I got no loans and the papers at the earliest.
