Not Foreclosing PL

The Fullerton India Credit had to top up the loan and to decrease the rate of interest of loan at the end of 6 months of giving loan. But It did not do so.

Now, I want to foreclose the Pl account and trying regularly for last 3 months, but no respose come and no any action taken. No one is to hear the complain & request.
