Interest rate

Hi Sir,

I have taken personal loan from HDFC Bank in July. When i applied for loan, at that time they said it is pre-approved loan for 1 Lakh, so the process was some what taking less time to get money into my account, but the main thing is when i was filling up it was mentioned 17% interest rate but i shocked to see that when i received loan agreement document, where it is mentioned that interest rate is 19%, please let me know what can i do in this case? i really want to complain it. I request all to help me in this case.
