Unnecessary deduction in prepaid balance

Dear Sir/madam,

I received a message "thank you for downloading MVDO" on my BSNL prepaid mobile no 9421702077 from 58558 and Rs. 30 were deducted from my balance on 19- April. I never requested any download and nothing has been downloaded on my handset. Unnecessary deduction of Rs. 30 must be refunded to me by 58558. Which company is this by the way? Please help me and many other harassed mobile consumers.
