We have approached Lotus Finance for a business loan and met Mr. T.G.R.Giridharan there.

He has assured us that he will provide loan for Rs.50 lacs and we have to pay him Rs.50000/- towards processing fees.

Please let us know if this person is genuine or not. We have seen a complaint lodged against this name in may and sep 2007. We are in a dilemma wether he is the same person or not and wether we can approach him or not?
