Sir / Madam:

I had bought a HODA Shine bike with the help of LRN Auto Finance, I had cmpleted the payment three months ago (All Receipts Available). Inspite of this the LRN Finance is not issuing me with the NOC. I requested them for the past three months, and they are not ready to issue my NOC. There was an instance when they even threteaned me with dire consequences.

Please help me get my NOC
