Turn down of loan inspite of meeting all pre requisites

Dear Sir,

I had applied to Bajaj Finance for buying a plasma tv. On their request I submitted all possible documents, including my bank statements, pay slips etc. I kept on inquireing about my finance but they never gave any input. Finally I spoke to their head at Jodhpur. He informed me that my application has been rejected since person sent to ascertain my house could not find my residence since guard at army cantonment gate did not allow him to enter.

I requested him that in army area people are not allowed unless they confirm whom they want to meet, therefore person being sent must speak from the gate to me so that I can tell guard to allow that person to visit my residence.

Head at Jodhpur finally on my inquiry informed me that my case can not be approved since it has failed once.

On hearing this I asked them to return my documents. They returned my documents but not all. They have not yet returned documents which we had signed allowing them auto debit from my account.

This clearly highlights how these companies function and how they make false promises in their advertisements.
