Speed Post Booked at Chinchwad East P.O (411019) on10.05.2011 at 16:29 Hours to

M/S. Macons Industries, S.No. 22/9, Uppirapalayam Road, Idapalayam, Red Hills, Chennai - 600052.

Till 13:00 Hours of 18.05. the mail was not delivered. Later the addressee went to the consent

post office and collected in person. Kindly give us the reason for delay, meaning of Speed Post and the

way how you (Postal Department) are going to compensate the loss occurred to the addressee.
