Cradit card settlement

Dear Sir,

I am Madhu Sharma form Delhi. I have been using citi hutch credit card & number is 5546197026547000. I have cleared all the dues & settlements on 2007 & not used the same card till date. I was surprised to know that my card was in civil, I want settlement letter form bank side. i have cleared the same due on specifies date. So please issue NOC on to me, So please look into this as to why your bank has not provided NOC & not withdrawn it from civil. This is not acceptable on the part of the one of the best bank “CITI Bank” in India. I have high regards for your bank & will don’t want to change my thinking in near future.
