I was submitted my mediclaim to my outsource agency MaFoi Mgt. Consultants, Indore on 6/7 within 2 days after discharge from hospital. Indore HR Head checked all documents (some bills she rejected) & rest sent it to Mafoi Head Office (Chennai). After 1 month HR Head said your file returned from Chennai & some documents required to sign from the hospital (Doctor). Then & collect my papers & complete my file from hospital & I also given my X-Ray's to them. Indore HR Head checked my file & said OK your file I send to Chennai & within 1-2 months you received your claim amount. In September 10, I left the job. After that I contact Mafoi Indore office she always said your claim is under process. In Dec. 2009 Indore HR Head left her job from Mafoi. Mafoi appointed new HR Head in his Indore office, she also said I check your case. Many times Phone & personally meet Indore Office she search my file & checked & clear all doubts from Chennai. After that she said OK I send this file to chennai & your claim will submit to Insurance Co.. Please contact after 2-3 months. Then I email & telephone many times & personally meet Indore HR Head she always said your mediclaim is under process.

Pl. suggest me what I should do regarding my mediclaim.
