Loan adjustment

I Bijaya kumar mishra bearing loan a/c no. p3/0016/v/bhhoo1412 have availed aloan from magma Rs.1000000/- on 30/12 & accordingly my instalment comenced from 05/02 .I have paid 2 instalments in march that is for march& april. But your office has not been adjusted the april. For this instalment ihave been coresponding so many times but iamnot getting proper justice from your end after admitting the mistake from your end &also you charging overdue interest without considering the payment date. Again also you are showing the insurance payment which has been made by me for the 1st instalment that you have paid. Therefore for the above reasons I request to close the a/c in proper manner.
