Misuse of third party cheque

That Director Shri Shersingh Shyamlal Yadav has been delivered a blank cheque book bearing serial no 91351751 to 91351800 duly signed by the other director for the purpose of purchase /finance of 11 trucks from Jaika Motors, Nagpur including the Truck owned by Prakash H Jain seized by them offered for disposal.

It has came to our notice from verification of bank statements that instead of utilizing the said cheques for the purpose of purchase /finance of Tata Trucks as above he has misutilised the cheques of the company in making payments to

Magma Finance, Nagpur by cheque number 91351757 Rs 200000/-, by cheque number 91351759 Rs 250000/-.

Rs 450000/-(Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Thousand Only)

from whom company BLUE PEARL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED has no business dealings or relations.
