Respected sir,

iam sheminson jack emp code-5084, iam joined in 18 dec resigned in this firm-25 dec pf a/c no-wb/ca/27120/4141, location-cochin. All pf withdrawal foam are submitted in cochin hr executive merlin in same month.but the foams complaince indicated in after 2 month, then i submitted in new foam in again. After the resigning iam under the ayurveda medical treatment, finanicaly very weak.iam submited pf withdrawal foams again, I TOTALY SUBMITTED 4 TIMES.Many pepole are resigned in this firm this co. procegures are very bad and irresponsible company. One and above one year people PF amount are not setled, and could not help in the co. Atlast co.submitted pf foam in pf office recepit no-2942978& 2942979 dated 19 nov.resign date-25 dec pf foam properly co.submitted 19 nov.strictly and stronly punished in co.procegures,
