MAGMA LEASING LTD
REFUSED TO ISSUE NOC

My mother bought an Alto STD car on 2005 which was financed by Magma Leasing Ltd. We have paid all the EMIs and on March 1 the loan is cleared. Pl note that during the tenure not a single cheque got bounced and we have not made a delay of single day. When we asked for the NOC from Magma they refused to issue stating that they need Rs 300 extra towards the RC extract cost they procured during the time of the vehicle registration. Our Car No is WB02T9054 but in their record the same is showing as WB02T6054 and they have procured the RC extract of this car which is obviously not my car. Why should I pay for the RC extract of some other car that too for Magma's mistake.
