MAGMA SHRACHI FINCORP.LIMITED/PERSONAL CAR LOAN
NEGATIVE ATTITUDE /MIS REPRESENTATION OF FACTS BY COLLECTION/RECOVERY AGENT

Dear Sir/Maam,

Myself Ankit Pandey, resident of 11/178, Indira Nagar, Lucknow-226016, Uttar Pradesh, had taken a Personal/Private Car loan, from Magma Fincorp. limited (formerly, named Magma Shrachi Finance Limited, Kolkata, India, commencing March/ April. The Loan Account Number, for the same is PG/0043/C/06/000/561, and the monthly EMI is Rs.5115/- only. I had given Post Dated cheques, of my HDFC bank, Lucknow, salary acccount, but I lost my that job in September. I requested, the senior concerned officials of Magma, to change the monthly EMI date from 1 st to 5 th of every month, and get my EMI collected in CASH, from my residence, as well as refund my rest unused cheques.

Till, last month i.e. December they have been collecting all the EMI's in cash, or from my mother's account, but they neither informed me about taking PDC'S, from my mother, nor have they returned my unused cheques.

Whenever, I request regards change in EMI date, there is no reply drom their end, and the Collection agent is rude enough, to say absurd words, like I WON'T COME AGAIN AT YOUR HOME, DEPOSIT YOUR EMI NY YOURSELF, I AM NOT YOUR SERVANT.

Sir, this entire episode has caused, me and my family, loads of Mental trauma and pain. Kindly, assist me.
