Not getting dividend

Not received divident & recording my recent address

Magnum Multipliers Plus Scheme - 1993, Folio No. 1063376, Certificate No.15428209 and 15428210, no of Magnum allotted 200 favouring Ravi Gupta. But I have Changed my residence. I am not getting any divident till date for a long time. I want to liquidate my Magnum. I have changed my address. Please guide me in this regard. Send my dividents to my below mentioned address.
