Complaint Against Wrong Sealed property

Respected Sir,

As my name Narendra G. Rathi i want to lodge a complaint against MAHARASHTRA NAGRI CO.OP bank LTD as my brother named DEEPAK G. RATHI had Overdraft loan for this bank Named As MAHARASHTRA NAGRI CO.OP bank LTD.As they had no mortgage for any kind of property to my Brother's name.

On 31/10 Bank Employees Came along with police to seal my brother's property as there was no mention of any kind of property regarding loan or any kind of mortgage.

on 31/11/09 they didn't even sealed my brother's (Deepak G. Rathi) property. They sealed My Property (Narendra G. Rathi) as we have departation through court in 1992.

AS i opposed for Sealing and i try to say them that not to seal my property to seal my brother's property they did'nt give any kind of response.

Later on 14/12 my brother cleared his overdraft loan.

Through notice i asked them for Appology in all local newspaper's.

and as i have asked them for compensation of Rs.5, 00, 000 through notice by Advocate as till date they don't even respond to any notice .as i have every kind of witness against bank snaps and

what can i do for this case Please help me.
