Overcharging and increasing month by month electric bill

Myself navaneetham.jeyepaul n im working for 10000p.m salary and i used live in 1 hall and kitchen room i do have very less appliances at my home but my problem is my electricity bill which in december 09 was aroundly 400p.m then it increased to 600 then in jan 09 it was 900 then in feb it was 1100 then 1200 in march then 1400 in april then in may it reached to 1600 and now in june it is 2200.rs for 1 hall and kitchen room im so afraid to their limit...

so please help me out in this case plese take action against MSEB!

i will b gratefull for any assist.
