Wrong recury og home Loan

Myself Mr. Hanumant V. Pawar. I'm working in Amtek Auto Ltd. As a HR Executive.

My CTC Is 2.6 Lacks

I have buy a old 1BHK Flat of 495 Sq. Ft. from Mr. Sanjay Bhujbal who is a proprietor of "Sanjay bhujbal bulding & construction Ltd.".

This flat is already sell to Mr. Tushar Kotkar. When Flat aggrement made with me old agreement of flat is canceled. But Their is Housing loan of Amount Rs. 6.67 Lacks on flat.

Mr. Tushar Kotkar (Old Owner of flat) also have a Cash Credit (C.C.) Loan of Rs. 3 Lacks from same bank.

At the time of buy flat I meet with Bank Manger (Mr. Roy ) & he is telling that the he will transfer the housing loan amount to my name.

But after 15 days Bank manger is changed & new manger (Mr. Wagh) is told that loan amount is not transfer to my name. & bank will recover both housing & CC loan from you & If you don't clear both loan I will seal your flat & sell out to other.

I am ready to deposit housing loan amount to bank. but Bank manger said that until you are not clearing CC loan I don't give Flat Documents.

Their is no any relation of my with CC loan then why should I deposit this loan.

Even Recury Both loan amount is painding from last 20 months

I am ready to clear housing loan with interest.

Please take Proper action on Bank Manger.
