Yearly fee

Dear sir,

hsbc as issued the life time free credited card and now in last statment they have charged annual fee rs 700, so i call the custaomer care centre and ask to cancell the card, so in next statment they have added the finance charge and the statment they have also mention my card is cancel. tell me what to do.and they have also added pick up charges.which i have not demanded to pick up the payment but they were harsing by call for the payment. I have done all payment timely. Now tell me what to do?
