Delay in House Loan

Dear Sirs,

I applied for a Home loan with all support documents - 5 months ago but till this Madurai branch officers not giving the loan every week they says next week it will come like that almost 5 months is over becasue of that i could not complete my house building works also. Please try to instruct this people to issue my home loan by this week other wise whatever i paid for service charges sum of 15, 000 rupess incl. interest they have to return back to me with some compansation.
