EMI earlier than promised

I have taken car loan amounting Rs 100000 (one lakh) from your bank for purchasing mahindra xylo E-4. I am a salaried class central government employee and getting my salary on first of every month. While applying for loan, I have clearly mentioned to your loan officer Ms Monika that I can repay the loan only in the first week of every month. Your loan officer has clearly mentioned the loan repayment date in the offer letter as 5Th of every month. My contract number is 1230165.

But it is really pity, that your loan department is arrogantly and brutally deducting the loan amount on end of month (25 of every month). I have telephonically informed the error to Indore branch manager Mr. Manish dixit and also made a written complain to this error. But your bank has become deaf and dumb. They are not listening my problem and rudely deducting the amount on every 25Th of every month.

Now I am lodging this complain with a hope to get justice
