PAYMENT DEDUCTED FROM SBI ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF BUS TICKET

Dear Sir,

I had done 2 Transactions on 5-sep-11 between 12.30 pm to 14.00 pm for booking of BUS ticket from make my trip site .two times faiuler massage has been received and The money was deducted but the booking was not done.

Till today the money has not yet been refunded in my account.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and Refund me My money.
