AIRTEL resorting to unauthorized deductions on prepaid mobile

The balance on the above mobile has reduced from Rs 290.10 on 17th April to Rs 182.80 as on date

despite the mobile not in use.

Upon complaining to Airtel the above reference was given and assurance to credir or reverse Rs 56 was

promised on 26th May'2010.

Till date no action has been taken and the reversal has not taken place.
