Problem at ATM Withdrawal-Irresponsibility of BANK

Dear Sir,

This is M.ANANDAN, having a/c 002301527641 with ICICI, PANJIM, GOA. My account has been debited by Rs. 2000=00 One times when I tried to make transaction on 03-12at different ATM, (In lucknow cantt Bank ATM, Sadar,). during the transaction I had not recieve the money and the slips for the transactions. for that I had already made a complaint regarding this issue to the home brach Bank, Bank in which the ATM falls and the Head office of the SBI (Lucknow cantt) at). But the people are not responding in the correct way. They always saying 'report is not prepared' But how many days did a bank take to prepare or receive the report. till to day my money is not credited in my bank account

Please resolve the problem as early as possible. Do need ful in this matter.
