Very Poor Service From Branch

Today 21/03 morning I walked into the Manappuram Finance branch at Velachery, Chennai regarding to keep lease a 4gram gold coin. The guys working there are not at all serious in their job. I gave them a 4gram gold coin but they entered there as 3.9 gms. When I asked regarding this to them they told me that it was company's new policy that they will show that much less in gold which we give them. After that one employee named Mr Arun came to me and told me that they have problem with their gold weighing machine. Really I got shocked this time when I heared this from him. When I started arguing regarding this he also stick on to the point that it is company's new policy. Earlier also I have kept gold there for lease beacuse of that trust i had i went this time too. But also beacause those guys sitting there gave me their Area Head and Relationship Officer name and number. But both the people are not picking up the phone and not even responding when I asked them through message whom to contact regarding my complaint.
