Espected sir, as am working in manappuram finance ltd . working as all sunday compulsary . but has working more time but company regulartion act 1956 in sec rules normal working hours 8 but we are working in weekly days 9 hours . and, and goverment holiday working day its even as compensatory applied reference to form Q in every branches.
