I regret to inform you that we have deposited the payment for new connection on dtd. 25/10 at Panbazar vide D.N. No.1243098613 and cust. ID-3003419873 but till date you have failed to give the connection. As the responsibility to connect the said connection comes under your BSNL, wireless area office, we have requested them (JTO) several times till date, to our surprise they have the same reply that connection wire is not available. during this competitive market of telecom this cannot be excepted. please take action.
