Dear Sirs,

This is to inform you that I am a SBI Credit Card holder bearing No. 4006 6761 2900 6212.

In the latest statement dated 16/10, it has come to my observation that there are 2 transactions, which I am not aware about. The transactions are mentioned below herewith:

As I am unaware about these transactions, I would like to challenge/dispute the same, as suggested by SBI Card representative.
