SBI CREDIT CARD APPLICATION REJECTED

I have processed my SBI credit card application form on many request from SBI customer care in first week of January. My applicayion form nos. is 1401860001996

My name is MANGAL KAKKAD. i had provided all necessary documents infact they wanted my details of ICICI CC account. They did all verification and I got sms saying

that your application is accepted and you will get card in 21 working day. When I en quired they said it is declined. Reason no sufficient documents. I want to know

This is just ridiculous You can't reject the form after you have verified and send an sms. I want reply and if not I will be going to consumer court.
